Because our items are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds in most cases. However, your satisfaction remains our priority, and we are here to assist you if any issues arise.

Returns

To ensure the highest standards of food safety, Yathrib does not generally accept returns or issue cash refunds for any products.

If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We kindly ask that you retain the product, its original packaging, accompanying paperwork, and shipping materials.

Refunds or replacements may only be granted in exceptional circumstances, following a review and approval by our Quality Assurance team. In such cases, we will provide a replacement for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, provided valid proof is supplied.
