Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends and official public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing and delivery may take slightly longer. Should your order be subject to a significant delay, we will contact you directly via email or phone to keep you informed.
Delivery Timelines & Charges
Orders of 250 AED or more qualify for free delivery within the UAE. For orders below this amount, standard delivery charges may apply, depending on your location. The exact delivery fee and estimated time will be displayed at checkout.
For urgent needs, overnight delivery may be arranged for certain areas within the UAE, subject to confirmation by Yathrib. For inquiries regarding this service, please call043353432.
Tracking Your Order
Once your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation including your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applicable to your order are the responsibility of the customer. Yathrib cannot be held liable for such charges.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
Orders may fail to reach you if:
